针对滤咀排列鼓工装夹具所存在的制造难度大,精度难于保证,效率低的问题。利用TRIZ理论进行分析,根据技术矛盾解决方法并结合问题的实际情况,获得了具体可行的解决方案。经过实践证明,此设计方案是可行的、可靠的,大大缩短了夹具的加工周期,提高了生产效率,节约了成本。  相似文献

Understanding the underlying role of microstructural design in polymers allows for the manipulation and control of properties for a wide range of specific applications. As such, this work focuses on the study of microstructure–property relationships in l‐ lactide/?‐caprolactone (LL/CL) copolymers. One‐step and two‐step bulk ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) procedures were employed to synthesize LL/CL copolymers of various compositions and chain microstructures. In the one‐step procedure, LL and CL were simultaneously copolymerized to yield P(LL‐stat‐CL) statistical copolymers. In the two‐step procedure, poly(l‐ lactide) (PLL) and poly(?‐caprolactone) (PCL) prepolymers were synthesized in the first step before CL and LL respectively were added in the second step to yield P[LL‐b‐(CL‐stat‐LL)‐b‐LL] and P[CL‐b‐(LL‐stat‐CL)‐b‐CL] block copolymers as the final products. The findings reveal that, in addition to the copolymerization procedure employed, the length and type of the prepolymer play important roles in determining the chain microstructure and thereby the overall properties of the final copolymer. Moreover, control over the degree of crystallinity and the type of crystalline domains, which is controlled during the polymer chemistry process, heavily influences the physical and mechanical properties of the final polymer. In summary, this work describes an interesting approach to the microstructural design of biodegradable copolymers of LL and CL for potential use in biomedical applications. © 2019 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

石油化工行业是国家节能减排重点工程之一,如果相关设备设施保温不当,不仅会造成严重的热量散失,还会对油水分离和输送等产生影响。本文系统介绍了传统的以中空玻璃微珠或陶瓷微珠为主要隔热功能填料的隔热保温涂料的保温机理、性能及其存在的问题;以 SiO2气凝胶为主要功能填料的新型隔热保温涂料研究现状及研究中的技术难点;针对不同应用环境,开发兼具防腐、防开裂、隔热保温功能的复合保温结构设计。本文为研制新型耐高温、高效水性无机隔热保温涂料的研究提供了参考方向,为隔热保温涂料在石油化工领域的工程应用提供分析。  相似文献

The dominance of leakage currents in circuit design has been impelled by steady downscaling of MOSFET into nanometer regime, and has become a significant component of total IC power dissipation. The issue is further aggravated with the inability to gauge the tolerance of process parameters around their nominal value. Consequently, the drive to improve the static power prediction has enticed accurate and reliable modeling of leakage current, specifically for ultralow power applications. In contrast to gate- and band-to-band-tunneling leakages, subthreshold leakage exhibits high susceptibility to process variations and hence has been considered for variability modeling. Fluctuations in the device electrical and geometry parameters result in a wider distribution of subthreshold leakage current. Hence, taking into account stacking effect, an analytical variability model to estimate subthreshold leakage power in subthreshold circuits, in the presence of threshold voltage variations is proposed. Further, the impact of threshold voltage variability on subthreshold leakage power is modeled in conjunction with simultaneous variations in gate length and width. The leakage power variability is characterized by model-generated distributions obtained using Monte Carlo analysis and validated against SPICE simulations. The proposed model is about 700 computationally faster than SPICE simulations with mean error being less than 0.19%.  相似文献

In our previous study, a novel flow field design for a polymer electrolyte fuel cell (PEFC) called “Hybrid Serpentine-Interdigitated (HSI)” had been proposed. Although it was very promising in terms of performance and pressure drop, it still had a major drawback of the low oxygen concentration area. To improve its design and performance, three HSI configurations with different numbers of gas inlet and outlet, namely one inlet and one outlet HSI (1-IO HSI), one inlet and two outlets HSI (1I-2O HSI) and two inlets and two outlets HSI (2-IO HSI) were numerically investigated and compared with the conventional single channel serpentine (1S). The investigation on the cell performance and other transport behaviors has been carried out using CFD techniques via ANSYS FLUENT software. At a practical operating potential of about 0.6 V of 50 cm2 PEFCs, the 2-IO HSI offered the best distributions of oxygen, current density and water due to the shorter channel length. More importantly, the 2-IO HSI could contribute to a reduction in cathode pressure drop by 90%, as compared with the 1S, resulting in the enhancement in the net power output by 6%, approximately.  相似文献

单相并联型有源电力滤波器(SAPF)主电路参数之间存在一定的耦合关系,这对各参数值的合理选择有较大的影响。通过分析现有单/三相SAPF主电路交流侧电感以及直流侧电压、电容值等参数的计算方法,得到了具体的单相SAPF电路参数解析表达式。针对所得表达式各变量之间的耦合关系,在MATLAB中进行建模优化分析,得出一套完整的参数设计方案。保证在特定负载下补偿后谐波含量低于2%的综合优化目标。仿真和实验过程验证了所选参数的正确性。  相似文献

The hydroxylation of phenols into polyphenols, which are valuable chemicals and pharmaceutical products, is a challenging reaction. The search for green synthetic processes has led to considering microorganisms and pure hydroxylases as catalysts for phenol hydroxylation. Herein, we report the structural and functional characterization of the flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD)-dependent 4-hydroxyphenylacetate 3-monooxygenase from Escherichia coli, named HpaB. It is shown that this enzyme enjoys a relatively broad substrate specificity, which allows the conversion of a number of non-natural phenolic compounds, such as tyrosol, hydroxymandelic acid, coumaric acid, hydroxybenzoic acid and its methyl ester, and phenol, into the corresponding catechols. The reaction can be performed by using a simple chemical assay based on formate as the electron donor and the organometallic complex [Rh(bpy)Cp*(H2O)]2+ (Cp*: 1,2,3,4,5-pentamethylcyclopentadiene, bpy: 2,2′-bipyridyl) as the catalyst for FAD reduction. The availability of a crystal structure of HpaB in complex with FAD at 1.8 Å resolution opens up the possibility of the rational tuning of the substrate specificity and activity of this interesting class of phenol hydroxylases.  相似文献
